parenting program, run by Carolyn Webster-Stratton at the Parenting Clinic
at the University of Washington, intervenes early, with remarkable results.

to his day job as Seattle Police Chief, Kerlikowske is chairman of “Fight
Crime: Invest in Kids,” a nationwide group of thousands of law enforcement
leaders who advocate for programs that help kids.

At about the same time that Sherry Rind
was reproducing, so were the gorillas at Woodland Park Zoo. She figured
