Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch Roundup

By Chris Stay

Fall has definitely settled in, with blue skies, crisp air and leaves to kick. It’s time to head for the country. Local farms are ready for visitors with corn mazes, pumpkin farms and other fun activities. Pull on an old jacket and grubby shoes and head out with the family. Even if it’s raining, you can put on a pair of boots and don a rain jacket. Be sure to call ahead – some farms are open to the public on weekends only, others offer scaled-back weekday operations, and a few are open daily.
